Terms & Conditions

I give permission for my child to attend and participate in all activities within the Aussie Football Academy’s sport program selected.

All players registered with Multicultural Football Academy are accountable for their behaviour and conduct. Any abuse (physical or verbal) against members of the public, staff or other players will be treated with ZERO tolerance and will result in the immediate removal from Aussie Football Academy.

Any medical conditions that a participant may have must be fully disclosed to Multicultural Football Academy. You give permission for your child to receive medical/ambulance attention in case of emergency and agree to pay any associated costs.

All care and caution are always taken but as of mishap, Multicultural Football Academy cannot accept liability for any injury that may occur whilst participating in one of our coaching/education programs and your children must have personal injury insurance.

All parents/guardians and children must stop any activity and listen carefully when the instructor is giving instructions. All parents/guardians will respect and co-operate with all instructor’s decisions. Multicultural Football Academy staff reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises should you fail to comply with any instruction given by our staff.

Multicultural Football Academy cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of our coaching/education programs.

Multicultural Football Academy operates a no-refund policy for a change of mind or missed classes, unless under extreme medical conditions. If for any reason you are not able to attend a session, then a make-up class can be made.

Multicultural Football Academy management may occasionally take photos or video footage for promotional purposes, including marketing collateral and social media posts. Aussie Football Academy may use this video footage or photographs for advertising on their web page and for other business activities at any time. Please advise management if you would not like your child’s image used in promotional purposes

Your child must wear suitable clothing and footwear. Children participating in the program must wear the assigned Multicultural Football Academy uniform (not required on trial sessions) and no jewellery.

Your child’s place is not secured until fees are paid in full.

Multicultural Football Academy reserves the right to cancel a session if it is deemed unsafe to continue at any time.

You agree to be automatically charged every 12 months for the Annual Registration Fee. You will receive an email notifying you of the upcoming annual registration fee if you are still enrolled in Multicultural Football Academy program. Should you wish to cancel your booking, you will need to contact the Multicultural Football Academy head office by phone or email.
